LIVERPOOL VS MIDDLESBROUGH - Build up here

Well Boro are inconsistent to say the least.

They slaughtered Bolton 5-1, beat Reading 2-1, drew Newcastle 0-0, got beaten by Citeh (one of the weakest attacks in the league) 0-2, lose to West Ham 2-0, defeat Watford 4-1, lose to Villa 1-3

Now they have to go to Anfield and Old Trafford in the space of 4 days, despite having absolutely nothing to play for anymore.

I just hope Rafa puts out an attacking side for this match. It's an ideal game to start Gerrard in CM with Pennant on the right hand side.

If I'm honest I can't see Boro causing us many problems. I'll go for a comfortable 2-0.

Liverpool (home) P16 W12 D3 L1 F33 A5 Pts 39
Middlesboro (away) P16 W1 D6 L9 F11 A22 Pts 9

Should be a home banker, I am worried by lack of goals, but at home that normally isn't a problem - I think we've failed to score at home in just three league matches. I'd save resting any players for the Wigan game, Boro could be tough to break down so we should put out the best side available.

We should just put are most attacking players out. Pennant gerrard in the centre and fowler and crouch up front and give them a beating and get us some confidence for the big games coming up.

Any win will do. We need to keep our spirits up before the CL semi-finals.

What a dull name for a city.

"Middlesbrough"

How about "Topbrough?"

I would like rafa to put out a strong side against boro because they are a difficult side to break down and they have a couple of good young players coming through.
