He wasn't spectacular tonight, though I suppose he was thrown in at the deep end a bit. It will be invaluable experience for him. Good luck Scotty.

This is good news for the lad.  I doubt he'll play but he revel in the moment and will gain valuable experience being part of the senior England set up.

i dont think sheffield wednesday will be in luck now. rafa is wise to delay deciding yet. personally i'd be happy to keep reina and carson as 1 and 2.

heres wishing him well for germany. he certainly is learning the deep end first. best place to start imo.

Does an England 'B' game count as an England cap BTW? ???

The sad thing about Robert Green is that while being stretched off the pitch, an anvil fell on his head and he was struck by lightning.

Poor guy.

Nope Adam, it does not.  I saw that Walcott is not concidered the youngest ever player to debut for the England first team, as this was just a private friendly.  So I can't imagine it gives you a "cap", no.

If you're the third keeper in a friendly, you hardly prepare yourself mentally to come on.

Good on you Scott!!!
