Quick request for pictures - European cup wins

I'm building an avatar for my brother for when he gives a shit about posting on here.
It's going to be a little bit unique compared to what I've done before for others on here, but I was after pictures from the European Cup wins of 1977, 1978, 1981 and 1984. I've got one of Stevie Gerrard last year.
I'm having trouble locating some, even using Google Images.
If you can help me, can you please make sure that the two pictures are distinctly different in 1977 and 1978 as Emlyn Hughes lifted both trophies.
You also need to be able to see the European Cup in all pictures if you can help me.
