(Regular) Internationals
England - Owen, Gerrard, Heskey
Czech Rep - Baros, Smicer
Australia - Kewell
Finland - Hyypia
Germany - Hamann
Norway - Riise
Poland - Dudek
Rep. Ireland - Finnan
Senegal - Diao, Diouf
Switzerland - Henchoz
Not so sure about Biscan (Croatia) and the young French contingent. Carragher should be in the England squad, but Phil Neville is bizarrely preferred even though he has been cr@p for England and cost us the Romania game in Euro 2000 (could have fouled outside the are but waited until he was inside the area, useless tw@t) Kirkland has yet to establish himself in the England side, Murphy is a fringe player like Carragher
Looking at that, 14 internationals and Houllier still can't cope with injuries. Even with half of those players injured that would still leave 7 internationals in the side, more than enough for many teams.

There are plenty with English passports but that doesn't make them guaranteed England internationals! There are six English players regularly in the 1st team squad - Owen, Heskey, Gerrard, Murphy, Carragher and Kirkland - which isn't that bad these days. There are others who are coming up through the youth team
