Rick parry in usa

Last night Rick Parry was sat in the directors box with Robert Kraft at the game of the Indianapolis Colts playing the New England Patriots.
So its looking more likely he will be the new investor.
Maybe some of our supporters over in the states can enlighten us on the Kraft foundation.

From what i've heard these guys aren't as rich as abramovich but they are seriously rich and as long as they aren't like the leprechaun over at castle grey skull they'll be welcome at anfield.

robert kraft is rich as **** and is a winner,and liverpool and the kraft family would be a perfect combination "i hope"

LONDON -- A consortium reportedly backed by New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft said it is in talks with Liverpool about a possible takeover of the storied English soccer club.
"The discussions are at an early stage and may lead to an offer being made for Liverpool FC," the statement said.
The Financial Times said the consortium was put together by two U.S.-based entertainment executives with Liverpool roots and could lead to a $193 million deal for control of the club.
The paper said the consortium has the backing of a U.S. sports and entertainment group, which it said was "rumored" to be the Kraft family.
In addition to the Patriots, Kraft owns the Major League Soccer club New England Revolution -- coached by former Liverpool star Steve Nicol.

In 2002 alone, his leadership brought area sports fans a Super Bowl championship, an appearance in MLS Cup and a dazzling new venue, Gillette Stadium, which has rapidly become one of the premier sports and entertainment facilities in the country. As Investor/Operator of the New England Revolution, owner of the New England Patriots and owner of Gillette Stadium, Kraft has shown a commitment to the local sports and entertainment scene over the past decade that is perhaps unparalleled in the region's history.
Kraft nearly became one of the few sports franchise owners to win two championships in the same calendar year when the Revolution played in the 2002 MLS Cup. On Feb. 3, 2002, Kraft stood proudly on a celebratory podium at the New Orleans Superdome, raising the Lombardi Trophy after the Patriots were crowned Super Bowl champions. Eight-and-a-half months later, on October 20, he saw the team he had grown from infancy, the Revolution, fall in overtime of the MLS championship game. hmm interesting stuff cggy and greenred. im all for it...even though that sounds a bit hollow, it probably is.
but the time has come where investment really is the only viable option..for our future, if not our survival in this cut-throat world of competition and the way it has evolved. it will more than likely prove the solution to many an ill at the club. what it should never be allowed to do is lay claim to any 'rights' to the SOUL of it. here forever red, onwards and eternally so, and thats the way we want it to be. however glossy we might become.

Kraft has done wonders for the Patriots. He built the Patriots a great stadium and since his arrival the Patriots have won 3 Championships in the last 4 years.
And of course theres the New England Revolution[MLS] who have been playing well under Nicol.

from what I know about Kraft here in the US, this would almost be the best possible scenario. i.e; not only does he have money but he has something else in abundance that they are missing down at stamford bridge, CLASS! Based on the way that the patriots have been built and become the most successful team in the NFL, I can only imagine that this man could do wonders for the club. They have one impeccable franchise up there in N.E, one that is successful on the pitch, in the media, in the boardroom, and in the eyes of the public. While the money itself may not be quite as bottomless as that of the russian, I think overall this would be a perfect fit! It would be great to be able to compete financially with the chelseas of the world without having to sell our soul to do it. Here's to hoping that this all works out.

David Moores owns 51 procent of the club, will he just buy Moores's share or buy the whole club?
We are rumoured to be in 60 million pounds worth of debt, cause of the new stadium mainly.
It will be a very big change of the unknown for us, with a total stranger being in control.
Can I ask the guys over in the US if he would be in favour of a groundshare if he took over, would he understand that we are totally against such a scenario?
