I reckon he done good coping with the prem league in his first season. How many did he score.20.(correct me if i'm wrong)I would say he would be a perfect adaptment to the club.Him and Cisse upfront. The pace and touch they have our immense. And then bring Baros on his pace and touch aren't so bad.But overall i would say buy him

Rumour has it around this neck of the woods that Johnson signs for Tottenham within the next 10 days for a fee around 8mill. This is pending them unloading Keanne or Defoe for a fee around 5mill.
For us, he has been debated at length before and probably the no's outnumber the yes's by about 60-40. That said, most (not me incedently) would probably prefer him to Crouch.

I dont think Johnson will bring anything new to the table at Liverpool. Whilst Im no Crouch fan, he will at least give us another approach in attack, which is exactly why we are looking to buy the player. Seems Rafa is keen to purchase players that bring something new to the team so we can chop and change our tactics.

i don,t think he is that good ,a one season wonder, lets see how good he is in his second season in the premiership when defenders will know more about him second season around and about twelve of those goals were penalties last season

Defore for 5 million??? don't you mean Kanute?  :Oo:

Apologies for the schoolboy error. I did of course mean Kanoute and NOT Defoe. Sorry again. Info is spot on though so I'm led to believe.

im just saying that would be pure madness for them to sell one of englands top strikers for 5 million, although we got 8 for owen.

No Crouch, no Johnson either.

One should go play basketball, the other should just take penalties.

Thats a bit harsh they both overachieved in poor clubs. And I wouldn't mind an extra 10 penalties a year would you?
