Wouldnt be my choice but i certainly wouldnt mind him in a red shirt

He is versatile (sp) which is exactly why Rafa might be interested in him, as thats an obvious quality that boss rates highly

As for being dirty, he does play for Mark Hughes and before that Souness Blackburn, might be a different player under Rafa

He had a good W cup but he did also give away a lot of free kicks and the penalty that led to the Aussies being knocked out.

last thing liverpool fc dont want to be is a dumping ground for all the bad boys in the league we have enough or rafa as enough to cope with no more there is plenty of very good players out there who are better than mr lucus neil.......

lucas neill is playing well against the chavs...hes left shevchenko on his a$$ a couple of times. looks solid.

lets not forget this is not the first time he as put some body in hospital, like i said earlier he is a very high risk player not worth the trouble is talent does not out way is stupid ways he could cost liverpool fc alot of money if we were knocked out of cup competions just because he got sent off leaveing us struggle with ten men, he deserves to be banned he is a total idiot..

He was class today against Chelsk if any of you watched. Although he is a pretty rough player, he is solid defensively and decent going forward.

We have 9 first team sqaud defenders at the club, and off all players, Lucas Neill?

His not the worst player in the world why but on earth would Rafa be looking at him?

he does some nice defending (like the chelsea match) but every now and then he gets silly fouling/bookings like the pompey match. a bit of a risk

why hasn't there been any articles/reports in england? if it was true how come its being kept hush hush for such a smallish name player :lookaround

i doubt chelsea would come in with a 10 million pound bid and try to sign him if we were in for him
