Embarassing yes, but an utterly meaningless match in fairness and is in no way indicative of Everton's true level. A freak result, otherwise Everton would regularly have lost 0-7 all season.

Back to thread, anyone who saw Sunday's game at Highbury feared a rout in the first half when Arsenal ran riot only for LFC to turn it round in the second half.

In JBG's defence you do get these freak results towards the end of the season though :lookaround

Useless cnuts. We're the ones who should be embarresed for finishin behind em. But at least there was a bit of fight in our lads last sunday. Everton are a load of :censored:
