Villa has said the only club he would join in England is Liverpool so both Mancs & Chelsea can get lost  :rasp

All that despite Rafa and the super greatness of Manchester United according to Sky News.

Thank God the Sky News shít doesn't reach abroad.

http://www.as.com/futbol/articulo/futbol-48-millones-chelsea-ponen/dasftbpri/20090610dasdaiftb_33/Tes

Chelsea offered 48M for Villa. Valencia would accept that offer, but Villa would like to go abroad only to Liverpool.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

Now they need a holding midfielder, because Alonso was their obvious candidate for that (Kaka, Silva, Ronaldo, Villa won't steal lots of balls), you can't make a succesful team with  attacking midfielders only.

Where Madrid's money comes from

* Clubs in Spain are free to negotiate separate deals rather than central contracts. Madrid signed a £700m seven-year deal with MediaPro in 2006, seeing them easily top £100m a year, double United's earnings.

* Their bids for top players are also aided by Spain's tax laws – foreign players pay tax at just 23 per cent for their first five years. In England the 50p tax means clubs have to pay more to match wages on offer in Spain.

* The club's status in Spain helps them maintain their place at the forefront of European football. All debts they hold are with local banks, rather than relying on American billionaires or Russian oil companies. These banks are pressured to allow Madrid certain unwritten privileges, such as low interest repayments on loans. Their stature and standing in the country means they are unaffected by issues that could affect smaller clubs.

* Real Madrid have finished top of the Deloitte Money League for four years. The Bernabeu enjoys the third-highest average attendance in Europe while overseas trips generate revenue through ticket and merchandise sales.

So Ronaldo gone... giggs and Scholes on last legs... Tevez wants to go, Vidic allegedly unhappy, Rio more suseptable to injuries...

Nani waste of money, anderson waste, Berbatov got until #January to proove himself.
Hargreaves cost them 1mill a game it works out

So what they gonna do with 80 mill?

Could be fun

This is good also becasue anyone selling to Utd will charge extra now as they know they have at least 80Mil to spend. I really hope we bring in the right players so we can take advantage of this.

Florentino's tactic is  the "image contracts". That is, beside the wages, he agrees that anything that Kaka sells for his image as Real Madrid player, half of the money will go to Real Madrid.

For instance they expect to recover the money of Kaka in one year. But that's what Florentino sells,  I don't trust him much. Probably the money comes from black money of his construction business.

Van der Sar - Finished
Neville - Finished
Ferdinand - Tampon in 1 week 3 out
Scholes - Finished
Giggs - Finished
Berbatov - Sh!te
Tevez - Goin
Ronaldo - Gone
Nani - Sh!te
Anderson - Sh!te
Fletcher-sh!te
O'Shea-does a job

That looks like most of their spine needs replacing.
Rooney, Vidic, Rafael, Evra a bit dodgey.
