Rogers can really talk the talk, but the way he's handled Carroll has been really poor in all honesty.  Maybe he wasn't in the best situation with him or anything, but it seems he tried to go about it the right way, but it ended up being the completely wrong way.  He probably figured the whole thing would have been dealt with a long time ago and it wouldn't be dragging on like this.

Rodgers has handled this situation atrociously, never, ever, should have spouted off about letting him go out on loan and shoud have kept his own counsel until he spoke to the lad personally, really disappointed with him and I am not sure Mourinho would have handled it so badly so he has not learnt that much, 150 page manual? not got a section on how to deal with players Brendan?
Supporting LFC is not a hobby it's more important than work, the Wife and only slightly less important than the kids!
