it was a mis print i hope baros leave the hedless chicken is useless i hoped real madrid or barcelona brought he hes done nothink while he bein here he scored a few goal but so can anyone give the chance

The headless chicken scored twice this season, and you talk about anyone scoring if they are given the chance then if thats true Baros will score 20 this season, according to what you just said.

heskey better than baros of course he is

I think your mother dropped you on the floor when you were a baby. Yesterday proved that Heskey will always be an average player. He was 5 yards from the goal and couldn't put the ball into the back of the net and Baros scored from what a 25 yarder?

I'm sorry but Heskey is not better than Baros. Give Baros a full season start and by the end of the season you will be praising him just like you did after the Euro.

Heskey got the nod from GH because he was Owen's preferred partner.Michael said it himself when he was going through a barren spell,if you can remember. So inevitably Baros was left on the bench.Owen had become the first galactico of LFC...but still nobody could play with him.

Heskey was a 2 season flash in the pan and now his England career has gone tits up even though Owen had claimed he preferred Emile as a partner instead of Rooney.Little did Michael now his thunder would be taken by the new kid on the block.

Baros hasn't had the chance Heskey was given but now he has. It's entirely upto him now whether he grasps this oppurtunity and learns to improve with the guidance of Rafa and the back-room staff.

Liverpool's history is peppered with forwards who played 2nd fiddle to others ,but were as important to our success as the Kop-idols.I won't name any because a few opinionated ,younger members probably haven't any knowledge of pre-sky Liverpool.

Finaly someone who realizes that Heskey is nothing but an average player.

That aimed at me taff? :)

1. Henry/Reyes/Bergkamp
2. Cisse/Garcia
3. RvN/Saha/Rooney/Smith
4. Shearer/Bellamy/Kluivert
5. Viduka/Hasslebaink
6. Drogba/Mutu/Gudjonsen
7. Beattie/Phillips
8. Forssell
9. Anelka
10. Yakubu
11. Keane/Defoe/Kanoute
12. Angel

I'd say Heskey has more ability... but doesn't show it enough so there for i wouldn't include him.

Out of those mentioned though i think Cisse, Bellamy, Angel and Forssell are the only ones that are debatable.

Heskey was a striker, his job was to score goals not to pass the ball to Owen every time he had the ball. How many times did he fall on his a$$?

He had a good game after every 10 fixtures. Mista had a good season at Valencia, it wouldn't hurt getting him for FREE, I think you don't understand the concept of free.

He's better than Pongolle. You are doubting Rafael Benitez. Has Benitez signed somebody who hasn't been worthy of the Red shirt?

I think you've lost some of your brain cells.

The players Rafa has wanted have proved that they were worth the money. Signing Mista wouldn't be bad at all, mostly because he is free and the second reason being that Rafa knows him like the back of his hand.
