Funny how it only plays up during league games

Look, I think Rafa's taken us as far as he can but he hasn't rested him has he, he wasn't even on the bench. That's too much of a chance to take, even for Rafa. Rafa loves Torres, if he was fit I can say with 99% certainty he'd be on the pitch

Whatever happens in the summer we need to bring in a lot of quality players in the summer. If we don't then don't even think about getting 4th next season.

Forget all the excuses........ (ie...we need 3 more 20 million players.....torres injured....yada yada yada).

Benitez guaranteed us the 4th spot....and looks like he can't deliver it....so for this reason alone (if he is a man of principles)....he should just go at the end of this season


I just can't imagine another season of benitez managing us anymore.....

you'll clutch at anything to blame Rafa for. It's absolutely ridiculous to suggest Rafa left a fit Torres out of the squad altogether

Citeh spent the money on attacking options, fit players who could play in the premiership. We spent all ours ona  right back and a crock whos never played in the premiership before...

Thats where we have feckde up, we brought badly, VERY badly. We can blame the owners all day, but end of the day the manager didnt spend the money he ahd on the players we needed

So what if we have spent that money on 2 mediocre players instead? Do you think we would have gotten 4th place secured by now? At the end of the day City have bought quality players where as we have bought average players and expect the few quality players we have to paper over the cracks. It doesn't matter what you say mate the point is Rafa never got enough and he has been working with his hands tied behind his back.

Do you think if we got Simao, Silva, Vidic, Barry or whoever else that we would still be where we are?
