Well, despite being lethal Torres has looked a very frustrated camper in the last 10 games.

its not this game thats costly - is it only one side in the top 10 have won at Birmingham this year? so a draw is a par result - its the awful performances away at the likes of Portsmouth that have really cost us

that said taking off Torres for anything other than an injury just makes no sense at all and an injury doesnt seem likely

rafa has taken off 3 attacking players. i doubt any other manager in the prem would do that

this.

not just the torres sub and ngog's ineptitude in front of goal.

rafa's tactics today really mistified me.

Yes we did have enough chances to win. and its not rafa's fault that ngog bottled it today. but the tactics are. taking off 3 attacking players when we need a goal is madness.

Rafa has given up on 4th place. He is looking to the europa league to save his job now.

Some of you spanners only clicking on now we wouldn't qualify for the CL? That was a reality about 3 months ago ffs, so dry your eyes. Was out of our hands. The top four went to Birmingham and left with a point, but when we do it we're sh*t, and Rafa's clueless. Told you all we'll never make fourth with our away form as it is. A point is a good point here, sadly 4th was well beyond us by now.

Ngog had his chances but he's not the finished article.
Sad but that's the truth.

We weren't bad mate, loads of chance, but taking off your best scorer summed up our season so far.

Ngog had chances but could not take them, but we should also have perspective here..He lifted the team on entry and made those chances possible...
Floyd stepped left and threw the hook that caught Hatton flush under the chin. Finally, the British champ had arrived in that mythical place of which his fans speak: Hatton Wonderland.

Or if he was just playing sh*t or could be playing with a niggling knock he picked up against Benfica? He was kicked stupid in that game, but some seem to have forgotten about that on here. Anyway, we created more when he was off the pitch than when he was on it. We really should have won, and I agree it's not this game that's cost us. It was the previous 15 or so away games before it.
