He said the battle to sign players in the summer will be hard, but money is no longer a problem for LFC as we have none, however said some of you will have to speak to your national team mates in the summer and beg them for spare cash. However once the first 2 players were sold, who he regards as within the top 5 players in the world, then other players will follow. My source saif afterwards that Torres has been told that he will be playing at Villa next season, and he has already spoke to him on the phone about it.

After that he told all the players to feck off for getting him the sack. He finished by saying we are Liverpool football club, and we should be very proud, who is with me. Apparently Gerrard started the booing and all other players joined in.

Afterwards Rafa got Gerrard, Carragher, Reina,Torres and masch in his office, he again cursed them, and asked for their help to pack his bags, and again said shortly you will have some of your greatest players sold and that there is nothing for you here.

Afterwards Torres was saying he is convinced going to villa will be great, and carragher was saying to Insua that he will have to tell messi to buy him, but this was seen as a bit of a joke and few players were laughing.

Laughed so hard my stomach hurt....
Only time I have done that all season

From the original post I'm lead to believe that the new owners will invest heavily in a squad but man that sounds too good to be true. I mean top 5 players in the world? Who the heck could those two be? Dunno I'm a bit skeptical about this but I pray it's true.

Aye, after thinking about it it is far too detailed to be true, it's as if the person was a ghost and drifted throughout all of melwood hearing everything everyone said. Meh, I'll still hold out hope for us finally being sold or having something invested in us. These two will surely happen in a matter of time.

It does indeed. Just like two years ago when Rafa was supposedly out the door and under extreme pressure, I stood up and declared that Rafa's job was safe and would be here for another three seasons and was subsequently shot down for talkin bollox. He's currently served another two since then, signed a five year extension, and you can bet your bollox he'll be here next season, and you, and anyone else, can quote me on it.

Do you know what's mad? Was just off the phone talking to a mate about Rafa being here after the summer and he said some of the same things mentioned in this post in his opinion. Eerily close to in fact. Good red he is, too.

Still if things on the management side were so shambolic and if the players were all sick of rafa and think the teams just going backwards then why has Reina signed a new deal? Why does it seem JM is about to also? I know the latter was/is asking for certain assurances, so if he extends his deal it would be a really good sign.
