Hiddinks just taken over Turkey so he is out the question and he's there for the long haul, hes a good manager dont think he's suited to Liverpool though.

I like Martin Jol personally, if Rafa left we could do worst than him. But I think Sven will be our next manager.

he's got a first leg lead from home and he's got to go to stamford bridge and at least draw to get through to the quarters of the champions league. so what does he do? does he pack the midfield and stifle the game? no, he goes 4-3-3 and goes for the jugular. i like his style.

What an awesome manager........ If the idiot abramovich didn't sack mourinho so quickly i am pretty sure manure wouldn't have won the league in the last 2 seasons.

Mourinho was our original number 1 choice when houllier left. If only he had joined us instead of chelsea.

I don't know about "foul mouthed rants" but it is a constant amazement to me that the very same people who talk about other supporters being "fickle" or not "real fans" will openly say that if such and such becomes the manager they will "stop supporting" the club. I'd still be a fan if Jeremy Paxman was put in charge, Jeremy Kyle even. Jeremy Clarkson might stretch my loyalties right enough though.

I dont think you can argue that he is a great manager and the Premier League would be a better place if Mourinho was in it. He won with style last night and his side looked head and shoulders above Chelsea, and you could tell Mourinho loved it. I hope he does come back to England soon, and dream it will be to Liverpool.

More of a retards rant just repeating the same thing time after time, he comes across as such a d1ck when he does that although he probably thinks he's being cute.

Zarababe is obviously a fan of Rafa rather than LFC, well I guess it must be Rafa's amazing charisma and goal celebrations which does it.  :D

would be city more than likely the way things are going there.

but you never know.

alot of people are stating that he wouldnt come to us because of a lack of money.
That could be correct, but its just a guess really, despite the joke of a situation with the owners the lure of liverpool would still be there for alot of people.
To be the first person to win the league as manager of us would be a major thing, and i think he would love to prove to the doubters that he could do it.

If he was ever to consider us... this would be the reason he'd do it. He knows about our financial situation. He knows that if he goes to city he'd have a blank cheque book, much like he had at the start of his chelsea reign.

but the guys got a huge ego and you can imagine him going through the thought process, being better than rafa in getting us the league after so long.

He'd become infamous. The first Liverpool manager to win the premier league.  - That's what'll drive him here, if he comes

I agree i think he'd love the experience and also the chance to say that he has done what Rafa couldn't do etc etc. Also I think Maureen has a real respect for football and would appreciate the history of the club, plus we have good players already and I'm sure he'd be given funds if he came to us.

I for one am glad he goes for the jugular ,its what makes his teams so susceptible to the counter attack as deployed by Rafa on  those momentous occasions when we marched on to two European  finals ,that said was Inter beating Chelsea really a doubt in anyone's mind ,the game was won at the San Siro ,so in retrospect all this adulation he's  receiving (Some not without merit )in the vain hope he will find his way to Anfield I cant help finding slightly clutching at straws .....

We simply do not have the funds to entice such a manager ,we have promises which instantly become broken promises ,we have dreams which are easily shattered ,we have voices that the worlds media is going to great lengths to ignore ,and we have a transfer budget that wouldn't have paid Portsmouth's phone bill .

Anyone still dreaming now ? because that's the pavement approaching fast ,sorry to burst this bubble but for those who have our feet firmly planted on planet earth ,its not going to happen ???

i have no idea who they all are :D

one thing that caught me by surprise, especially an italian team, was that they did NOT sit back and defend which is really refreshing.
