For f'ucks Fu*king sake!
Do us all a favour and  dont contradict or disagree with things you dont know about.
Watch the Fu*king match, form an opinion and then argue your corner.
Ya daft coont

lol... oh dear.

Way to completely lose context... ohh woopeee the worlds most clinical striker Torres missed two chances in one game so lets slate him and say he was sh'ite.

You're a knee jerk simpleton.

I have seen 37 games live this season.. and my points are based on the collective... not a solitary game which i openly stated i didn't see (could have said nothing) but i did so for the reason my comments are formed on 8 months viewing. No doubt if one of our other three top players (Pepe) lets one slip through his hands against Lille you will go on a whiny rant about our woes and throw in that "Pepe was sh'ite".

keep it in context.... repeat x 100

Identify and pinpoint the weakness in the team, not slate the very few stars.

The problem with many "experts" on forums is that the vast majority put forward original research. ie.their own hypothesis/ideas with zero regard for evidence/stats/independent match analysis/reports. If Gerrard states hes "devastated" Alonso is gone and goes on to say we have missed his creative passing from midfield, which as a result means the attacking players ain't getting the same service as previous.... then TAKE THAT ONBOARD... let it register.... slowly if need be... then with that knowledge digested put forward a more educated viewpoint.

Look at the idiot who starts a thread Gerrard is finished... on the basis of???... on the basis of??? Then says he's nearly 30 so he getting on abit...  GENIUS! Again, such clueless viewpoints based on an imaginary hypothesis is childlike.

Gerrard is playing in an inferior team from last season (which he's stated) and is not getting the service, as EVERYTHING went through Alonso (which Aquilani stated) and that supply has been ripped out of the team, and not been replaced... as the toothless lucas has filled in.... hence Gerrard/Torres are not getting the service of last season. This is verified fact based on evidence of chances created, shots attempted, and the quotation from the horses mouth of the very man in question.

Someone stated our defence was sh'it against Lyon as we conceded 2 at home... overlooking the fact they had 17 shots and the defence done brilliantly to restrict them to just two as our now diabolical midfield was over run and no longer control/dictate games.

The best method of putting forward an opinion is trying to be as neutral as possible, and having prior knowledge on whatever it is you have an opinion on... rather than the biased/rose tinted BS and based on something you have no knowledge of.

Ha ha touched a nerve there have I?
By the way I am far from being a simpleton and you are being very naughty by repeating that I am saying Torres was sh'ite. I have already corrected you by saying that I said he was sh'ite in that game by his own very high standards.

I really do appreciate your advice. Especially this part:
"The best method of putting forward an opinion is trying to be as neutral as possible, and having prior knowledge on whatever it is you have an opinion on"
But then I think about this:
"I will be honest... i didnt see the game yesterday.. only read/heard the reports that lucas was shocking, and saw the highlights today which is when i seen Torres had two chances... one into the side of post/net and the other he blazed over.
So.. u may have a point he wasnt at his best yesterday...."
And I just cant help laughing out loud...
:wwww

 You stated "Torres was sh'ite"

Factoid.

You didn't need to qualify that statement because it was clearly referring to that game (Wigan) as opposed to saying Torres IS sh'ite.

A rare below par display from arguably the most clinical forward on the planet, in a team where hes surrounded by bogstandard tripe... and instead of focusing on this garbage around him and identifying the major weakness in the team, you state he was sh'ite. Simpletons do the same to our other top player Gerrard.. "oh why isn't Superman Stevie saving us every game"??

An analogy...

A school performance inspector is examing the average exam mark in a classroom of 20 students.....the top 3 students get 80/100 in the exam, and the bottom 3 get 15/100 so massively dragging down the average mark of the class. Do you pinpoint/blame the top 3 intelligent students for not getting better than 80??.... or the 3 idiots who get 15 and drag the average mark of the rest of the class down???

No brainer..

....and yet, many fans are focusing/blaming our few top stars (Torres/Gerrard/Masch/Pepe/Carra) and expecting them to somehow perform and carry all the dross in the team.... rather than sympathise with their handicap of having to play alongside such diabolical garbage... carthorses lucas and kuyt being the prime duo.

In fairness to the guy, he selected seven other players for criticism after the Wigan game so you really can't accuse him of singling out Torres for blame.

How the f*ck is there a managerial job going at Madrid when the board has just publically stated that Pellegrini's job is not under threat? Suprise, f*cking surprise, I just knew the bullsh*tters were going to latch onto the Madrid scenario and try to draw some kind of mad parallell to our own situation. W*ankers!

Want a couple of bob on the side Emerald ? The crowd have sacked him and he's gone at the end of the season. Even if they pip Barca - he's gone.

Talking to my mate last night on facey and asked have they sacked there manager yet , Response was , we will do you a deal . you take Pelligrino and we will give you Kaka as a gift if you give us Rafa and Torres,
Perez has had enough of him , hes Valdanos appointment and for the mo its only his backing thats keeping him there, As you say hes a gonna though even if they win the league.

For me it seems for Rafa to go there would be a contradiction of how he likes to work.

It's funny because your own hypothesis, or opinion really, doesn't seem to be backed up by anymore facts that anyone elses.

Similarly you can turn the above analogy and ask whether you would question your star student when his marks drop from 95% year on year to around 50%. Of course you would.

You reasoning for why we're in such :censored: is a simple as everyone elses, it's also just opinion.

Multifactorial.

The two players that have played the most for us this season are... lucas and kuyt, at the heart of a whopping 15 losses.

As regards the analogy.. you are looking at it from an individual standpoint.. (i did state class average to correlate with a football TEAM), so the top 3 students who got 80/100.. the class average (lets say 45/100) is dragged down by the 3 idiots.. as the top students are handicapped by the dregs in the class.

The same applies... Torres/Gerrard/Pepe/Masch/Carra... the top players...90/100 mark players, are being dragged down by the dross around them. lucas cannot create to save his life where the central midfield is p'isspoor... so do you blame Gerrard because his team mate is cack??? Do you blame Gerrard for not scoring as much as he has done in each of the last 5 seasons (featuring Alonso) because playing infront of the worst central midfield since Souness was manager hes no longer getting the quality service as previous and so his goal attempts have nosedived as a result???

If someone is dragging you down... i don't blame you, i blame the person thats doing it.

Don't forget about Jamie and Pepe as they played more than anyone else.
