I'm somewhat curious where the extra voters came from, another 10 against finishing fourth without response. Surely most would have voted long ago, unless the negative voters were biding their time!

Did Rafa say, "if we don't finish fourth I'm on my bike" because that at least would have been backing his assertion/guarantee and not just burning the ceiling with hot air. The one thing he will get is stick from LFC bashers who love us to fail and lap up every daft thing Rafa says and does

I'd be watching the Madrid space over the next couple of months, same goes for Milan. If Real don't win the Spanish title they will be in for Rafa and it might just solve the contract issue should the owners to decide they want a change in the summer. Just hope and prey we can't nick 4th in the meantime, it's looking very difficult but it's not beyond us yet.

Not a chance of us getting fourth. not the way we are playing

If momentum was with us and we were on a run we could catch the other clubs but the way we are playing we will be lucky to finish in a Uefa Cup place

BTW if Everton win there game in hand they are only 4 points behind us.....

Absolutely agree with this. Just can't see us getting fourth , will keep everything crossed , but think it's gone.

Even if we won every single game remaining, which we won't, we would still need all three of Spurs, Villa and Citeh to feck up and that just won't happen.

wil we sh!t, the tactics rafa plays with more or less 8 defenders, gerrard runnin everywere and all they do is lump the ball forward hopin torres does somethin magical with it. its complete :censored:

. worst footballin team in the country. thers rumours rafa is fave for madrid job. thank fu*k for that get rid of him.

Since reviving the poll it has gone from 50-11 to 53-42, so only three people have since voted in favour of fourth compared to THIRTY-ONE against.

That's rubbish Heimdall, everyone was saying the same thing about the title after we lost 3 games, 'that's we can't afford to lose another game, the mancs and chelsea won't be dropping anymore points' they shouted. All the top teams have been dropping games left, right and centre so to state (as a matter of fact) that City, Villa and Spurs aren't going to slip up/mess it up (regardless of what we do) is total speculation.

4th place isn't out of the window, it just looks bloody difficult and a bit hopeless because of our form/performances this season. It isn't beyond us yet though.

its looking more distant than reality scott - however, until its mathematically impossible.......but i hate relying on others to do us a favour
