we should be playing wide, keeping the ball, one touch, triangles, knackering them and then destroying them

woofs right. slow it down. think. pass. move. backwards. sideways. pass.

we need to keep the ball for a bit. get ourselves more comfortable with it.

At the moment we can string 5 passes together before we pass it to wigan, get tackled or hoooooof it.

we need to calm down. more control. pass the ball. get the players more conforable on the ball and not treat it like a hot potato

There's been loads of space given to our men on the ball, what they've then done with it is almost criminal

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

Don't worry mate, all you need to know is that a pi'ss poor performance from the players on the pitch will be laid at Rafa's door.

I don't think I've seen a game this season where so much space has been f'ucking ignored.

The team is trained to stop people playing not play any football itself. That goes for mighty Wigan as well. The lads are following instruction as if nothing else Rafa is as methodical and tactical as they come.He will have had these guys playing a system ready for this all week in training. This is half the problem, no expresssion allowed, nothing off the cuff. Its dismal to watch, to play, and it is not working but we endure it week in week out.Last 10 he may wheel Acqulani on or let them of the leash a bit but no doubt it will be too late.Draws no good against these and lets face it Spurs murdered them home and away.
