Murray will never be number one, doesn't have the mental strength needed.

The best he'll manage is a couple of grand slams perhaps when Federer is no longer playing or if some of the other top guys are out injured. That would still be a good achievement though. I hope he wins Wimbledon at some point though.... if for nothing else than to see thousands of English men crawling up a scots man's hole :laugh:

Eddie Irvine was N Irish but when successful was British

England even adopted Ireland in the World Cup in 1994 when none of the home nations qualified
