Ive got one of them media centres that I watch my movies on but can also go in the internet with it, use it as a pc.

But the problem is when I type something in letters are turning into numbers for instance if I typed LIVERPOOL NEWKIT IN, It looks something like L3V6R9O22 N26K6T this.

Anyone know how I can fix this its doing my head in. :sniffle

I will come later to this, but try to press Windows + U (the windows key is beside the alt key), get the "keyboard on screen" feature, try to type in that virtual screen, and tell me what happens.

Sounds like you have NUM LOCK on.

Are the numbers being typed the same as those printed on your keyboard letters?

If so, you need to turn off number lock.

Media centers are cool, but I don't use mine as a PC.

Sorry for the lack of help, I have no idea btw. Maybe what SCS said give that a burl?

Thanx guys, Sabre I done what you said and a picture of the keyboard came up and the keyboard had chinese writing on it, Ive changed it to english.

Its been like this for months and has really done my head in i know what to do now if it happens again.

Like that one andy....pity I can't use it as my Google Talk icon - too big....I know a lot of females who would just LOVE to see that...
