honestly though i watched them last night and it's the worst united side i've seen in years, which makes it all the more depressing how garbage we've been this season.

nani and anderson cost £30m between them (both are garbage imo). berbatov has to be one of the worst signings of recent years and yet ngog has score more goals than him this season, cost £1.5m and still gets slaughtered.

not to mention rafa being hammered from pillar to post for signing aquilani when ferguson brought hargreaves who had a similar injury record when he signed for united and now hasn't played a game for nearly two years.

Yeah I agree United look really bad yet they get results, Fergie understands the prem well and what it takes to get wins but their reign is fading fast atm imo.  I don't see them winning anything this season or the next.

Just been reading that their parent company are up to their eyeballs in debt at £716.5m n all. When fergie goes they're screwed

I would say Degen and N'gog have been good buys...

Degen was free and he isnt a bad player to be fair, he is underrated. N'gog is just a kid and he is scoring goals for our first team.

Kuyt was a valuable player last season, the 2nd highest scoring winger in the league to ronaldo. We wouldnt have reached 2nd without him as he made 3 or 4 match winning goals.

Dossena was indeed a bad buy. Babel also appears to be but we may yet get a nice fee from selling him.

If we 5roll them all up together....we might get a few million....but not much more. It's the same story season after season we always lose out on their sell on prices....Rafa pays top dollar...then sells at bottom price.....he cant spot talent if it hit him in the face. :nod

Mate, Degen is a puddin. Sorry, but he is. He's good at bombing down the flanks, got loads of pace, but he's a bit of a ball watcher. The game against Stoke, Carra did nothing but shout (could be heard over the crowd) at Degen non stop to get back into position. Like Voronin, he's a get-on-a-free-to-sell-at-a-profit player. I'd rather someone for the reserves came in like Kelly and took his spot, but then again, Rafa watches him every day in training.

Who gives a toss about those Manc muppets but I heard on the grapevine today that they are due to raise £500m from the bond issue of which £370m is due to pay off some of their debt and the other £130m is due to be taken directly by the Glazers as a dividend hahahahaha

Oh the best part was they are actively seeking buyers for Old Trafford & Carrington & then looking to lease them back long term!!!!!! :O :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

We may not have a new stadium yet but atlease we still own ours!!!!!!

Yes he isnt world footballer of the year and no he isnt scoring goals at a rate a striker would but lets not take the p!ss and say he has been a flop.

Hmmm, i think Valencia has been one of there best players this season.

Aquilani has struggled (alot) and thats being kind.
He deserves time as it would be stupid to write off a player that you can see has ability but i am far from convinced so far.

I think Lucas has been one of our more consistent performers this season, really upped his game and if everyone had played like he had then we might be doing a bit better.
