Example...

1985 was an exhilarating campaign...easily a 10/10 season but but for the fact of the Heysel disaster...we never won anything....but it was a great ride

I can only assume the fans that attend the game get that little bit extra buzz and are more appreciative, than the TV brigade....

last year was 8/10  a good ride that just failed at the post

So you see lots of aggressive dwarves co.cks then??

Judge! :nod

Maybe I should rephrase that to 'I have heard' or 'I presume'

I do know a few short people who tend to be very aggressive and have a chip on the shoulder, I must admit that the reference to the size of the manhood is not from personal experience but taken in the context of proportioning of size.

When walking down the street you don't see too many 2' 6" people tripping over their over proportioned manhood do you.

I can get what your saying mate, thats a fair point.

The last 3rd of last season was fantastic, with the hammerings of united and real madrid in the same week just unbelievable.
But to say we are now a 9/10 team is pushing it...granted at times we have been. But not with any real consistency.

And at the end of the day the barometer for success for any club should be trophies, near misses are all well and good. If you follow it up the season after and make up for it.
We definately are not doing that.
At the moment we are a 5/10 team.

No i didnt say you did.

Rafa said we are a 9/10 team and Rock said we were not and made examples of why we were not.

I wish Rafa would stop trying to justify things.

Yes to be fair to him, he has got us our pride back and he did restore our massive european reputation.....BEFORE THIS SEASON.

But while we are in the middle of our worst season since houlliers last it would be better for him to not make predictions that we will definately get 4th and to not say we have massively improved. It just sets the team and himself up for a big fall imo.

he still has mate, you cant base rafa's full tenure on this one season, might as well go and support Newcastle. look at Manure, this is Fergie's 134th year there, they've had hard times, did they chuck him at the first sign of trouble no, they stuck by him and are still to this day reaping the rewards of doing so

My main concern with chucking Rafa is how long the 'mob' will give the next manager, because it will inevitably take us backwards for at least a season before eventually going forward under new leadership. Some people on here seem to think that a new manager is going to bring instant success, it isn't, it will take TIME and PATIENCE. something I doubt some of the antis on here will have in a new manager

We're Liverpool, not Chelsea  :no
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

This is so subjective....

10/10 - i expect a barcelona (League, FA cup, European cup)
9/10 - i expect a double (League title and FA cup or League title and european cup)
8/10 - Its either a league title or european cup
7/10 - Its FA cup with top 4 finish.

We didn't win anything last year.......though we finish 2nd. Thats not more than 7/10......

He's not talking about the league form and season, you f*cking nonce. He's talking about the overall valuation of the club and the team and the position it stands in. He's basicallly saying the club was a slipping, below par club compared to the likes of Barca, Madrid, United, etc etc, and he's brought us right back up there. It's like playing a game of Fifa where Liverpool would only be rated 3 stars out of five and now they are a 4.5 stars out of five. Certainly with our record in Europe in recent years, who can argue with him? Oh, that's right, you and the rest of the balloons.

Why did we come with a couple of points last season then ?

Its quite annoying that statement that keeps being trotted out though.

We will never win the league with these owners.

Well we almost did last season but for too many home draws.
We then sold a key player and have struggled this season.
It was Rafa that chose to sell Alonso, nobody else.

The Americans have provided some money for Rafa he just hasn't spent it wisely. Yeah it would be nice to provide unlimited funds but I'm not sure he would spend that well either. Blaming the Americans is all good and well but it is missing the target of the real problem and that, to anybody with a grain of sense in their head's, is the manager. In his tenure at the club he has assembled a squad of such shallowness and inability that he should be laughed at! Hold on ... isn't that what all the other clubs are doing now laughing at LFC for their shambolic displays, lack of any discernible creativity, shat tactics/players etc etc etc.

If a new manager were to come in before the end of the season, would the Rafites apologise if he does a good job?

Would the Rafites be hoping the new manager fails?, to prove their point

I would love Hiddink to come in asap, strip away all the BS, and get us playing simple football again.

Danny Murphy's interview at the weekend spoke volumes for me, his relationship with Gerrard and Carra is such that I take his words to be endorsed by them.

Do you honestly think that he would give an interview that would damage the clubs position right now?      The club he still regards as home, and the club were two of his best mates still play for?

Think about it,

If the Rafites knew Gerrard and Carra thought like Murphy, would they still want the manager to stay?

Don't talk sh!te apologise for what?

If a new manager comes in , he will be supported like he's supposed to be . It's the Liverpool way you see.

The rest of your post is me @rse . What the feck has a legend like danny murphy got to do with anything . Gerrard and carra should get on the pitch and do what there payed to do and stop feckin sulking . THere silence speaks volumes ,the pair of :censored:'s

your words speak volumes,,,

why don't you fluk off when Rafa does.

btw don't ever call Gerrard and Carra :censored:'s
