Too many threads here quoating the negative bollox from the press and ex players. I wonder if the press will report what Digger is saying here. Get f*cking in, Digger!

Yeah, lets all listen to John Barnes, the man who was sacked by both Celtic and Tranmere Rovers within months of being appointed manager and who was recently declared bankrupt.

You don't have to AGREE with him mate, but Barnes gave a good and reasoned talk. I thought it was good anyway, even though I still think we should be looking for a new manager.

he's a former captain and deserves some respect when he talks about our team. He might not be any good as a manager (or TV presenter) but he knows the club.

some of us has been saying the same thing and get slated on here... John Barnes says it and it's a cracking speech...  :D

Like I said you don't have to agree with someone to appreciate their argument. I thought Hitler made some cracking speeches, but I didn't agree with most of his conclusions either.  Not that I am comparing John Barnes with Hitler  :D
