I personally aint a big fan of Rafa, as hes too negative, cautious and caught up in tactics (which stops players expressing themselves)... plus he likes yes men (lucas, kuyt) limited grafters who will do as he says, hence they play regardless of lack of talent. Worst of all is his non existent man management... as a cold, clinical oddball his mistreatment of the gentleman Alonso wanting to see his kid was disgraceful. You are a chess piece to Rafa, not a person. Gerrard wont ever get that "maybe he will say well done to me oneday", Torres didnt get congratulated on his kid being born like he was expecting, but rather a near post run he made that same weekend. The players have to motivate themselves.
The problem is Rafa aint our biggest issue, its the owners... so sacking him (and incurring 20m pay off) wont solve anything
