Woulnt give Benitez any money to spend because we just cant chance it with his record. Not sure its nailed on we will have too pay him £20m to go either as surely to god the owners would not write in such generous terms for a guy they looked to replace not long before they backed off and kept him on. If anything Rafa should be looking at changing his formation, tactics, and team selection but in all honesty guys like him dont change so if you want to mix it up you have to replace the manager. If they are keeping him on I would allow a loan to come in at best, but ofcourse best of all would be to see his departure and get someone in to get a good look at this setup before the summer.

I think we will bring in RVN untill the end of the season but only if Real agree to carry on paying half his wages as there is no chance we will pay him 100k a week.

And I am pretty sure Rafa will get his 20 million payoff if he is scaked since he just signed a 5 year contract in the summer and the owners had no alternatives and after last season Rafa had a great bargaining position.

Actually teletext is far more convenient if you are, well, watching TV and not on the internet. It also happens to be conveniently set up so you can go through all the top stories and gossip pretty quickly with two page summaries on most topics. ie better for general browsing of top stories than the internet, unless you want detail. You can also watch TV with teletext on one side of the screen, can you browse the internet and watch TV at the same time? (I suppose if you put the TV next to the monitor)

Shame ITV decided it wasn't worth it to continue with teletext, now there is no decent TV guide on TV. I see ITV kept the money spinning pages.

re Lennon and SWP - IF spudz were to sell, expect Lennon to cost at least £15m if not £20m or £25m. IF citeh were happy to sell to a current rival, that is they may be rivals for the title next season and not consider us a threat, then I'm sure they wouldn't sell SWP any cheaper than they sold him to Chelsea (£21m) and he probably ain't worth that.

Lennon , english winger in the form of his live , spurs challenging us for 4th spot and harry will probably sell him for 30 million to us. A added bonus is when we play spurs he's out injured for a month

Will we not now need to add a new RB to the Jan priority list given that Johnson is out for months?? Of course the other option is he gives Kelly or Darby a run in the team?

So that means we'll need a RB, CB, MF and a CF....shouldn't be an issue with the millions Rafa has to spend in January
