Gerrard twisted the right full back and then almost got it accross for a tap in. Anyone imagine Lucas doing that?

TBH, especially with Johnson being out AGAIN and Aquilani not starting AGAIN. Surely we've got to get our best 11 out a few games in a row to try and salvage something from this season?

He should of played it in first time - had players in the box and plenty of time to cross - by twisting the full back it enabled the full back to close the angle down - it looked good thou .

if things stay the same then it looks a lot better. Although Villa are five points ahead like. I think their squad is too small tho to cope for the whole season
