I have no doubt most get throw away for the bo.llocks they deserve to be and ignored - while Rafa is under pressure and not doing well there hasnt been many if any reports of Rafa actually being sacked or walk away.

none, what has chaned in the last 15 weeks is that most of the sports reported are now based in the North. they tend to pick up on every bit of :censored: that is going about and report it as a fact, its then down to the bbc and sky to see if theres any truth in it.

And how many have got through the filter mate ? None so far which IMO means Rafa wont be going anywhere at the moment - off course things may change and next three games crucial for him .

Rembember Jose talking about the great history of LFC and that athmosphere for the CL semis. I think he could be tempted even without a massive pot of money.

Hiddink would also be great for a season or two like Joe Fagan.

Martin O'Neill is a brilliant manager

Anyone really - it is impossible to believe in the future when the current boss bought all these players, picks them, motivates them, decides tactics and we're level with Birmingham.

here's a list of managers.

Jose Mourinho - He has an amazing record. the kind you see in FM

Guus Hiddink - The thing that makes him becoming Liverpool manager a little less likely is that after his great success in south-west London, Hiddink was made a technical advisor at Chelsea, a post which he still holds.

Kenny Daglish - Liverpool legend and knows the club inside out.

Markus Babbel - Last season Babbel took Stuttgart side from the lower reaches of the table to the Champions League, and very nearly the Bundesliga title. This season has seen a rocky start but that can at least partly be  the loss of main striker Gomez and the fact that Babbel is having to spend about half of every week studying for the UEFA coaching badge.

Michael Laudrup - Genius ex-player, currently unemployed, brought attacking football to Getafe and speaks English.

Martin O Neil - Has vast knowledge of the British players and can instill the passion and desire into this very demoralized looking team.

Laurent Blanc - Tipped for the hot seat at Old Trafford when Sir Alex Ferguson retires, surely the opportunity to get one over their Mancunian rivals is something worth considering.

Roberto Mancini - he had a superb transfer record at Inter.

Other notable mentions - Avram Grant. Frank Rijkaard. Slaven Bilic.

But would he be more tempted by the Man City or Man Utd or Madrid job ?

Hiddink has ties with Chelsea

O Neill done great with every club he has been with - not sure many people would complain if he was offered the job .

Not sure if Babbel is ready yet.  Had a real bad time this year at stuttgart.  Would like to see him somewhere else first.

Laudrup would be interesting and I think Blanc would be a great choice.  His done wonders at Bordeaux.  A real fantastic job.

Rijkaard would be awesome.

Does it not occur to some people to look at our latest acquisition ,and then get a semblance of an idea that if Liverpool can only buy the services of a Greek with elephantiasis of the legs ,what kind of Manager we would be likely to procure given our current financial plight .... ???

Christ dont ask that question - you would get eaten alive RBG - i have asked it many times and been told the lure of our club is enough to persuade any manager to arrive even thou he would either have no money to spend or would have to sell players to get some money IMO off course .

Im not gonna try an cause conflict on here but ive said before it will be the fans that go the match that will decide if an when Rafa goes , not phoneins or SSN followers , or even people calling for his head on an internet forum, Pinky an Perky know Rafa has the support of the majority of the match goers , ok yes theres a few jumping ship, but as i said he is still backed by the majority, Now while he has this support can you see the yanks having the fans turned on them even more , because i cant ,

I read somewhere on another forum i think , they could be playing sneaky games an starve Rafa out , no transfer budget forced to make sales to pay there loan an then have fans turn on each other like whats happening now, an perfect either for him to walk , or total unrest between fansat the game,

Then the snidey :censored: bring in there little yes boy , an give him a few bob to spend, Job done.

Im a better conspiracy theorist than you Lakes anyday  :;):

Id like to take this opportunity to promote the idea of festive lights to mask the D*cks   on peoples foreheads ,lets not forget while we drink and be merry on this the most bounteous of special days ,lets not forget them unfortunate few whose phallic appendages make it practically impossible for them to don a hat    :D
I apologise for this interruption into what is an essential thread and I pray people will give freely to this cause ,which is now reaching epidemic proportions

'sticking with the bird you've been for five years even though you're going through a bit of a rough patch ATM, but in the knowledge that there's probably no other bird out there that cares for you more, knowing you'll get through your rough patch soon enough.
