After arsenal we have wigan portsmouth and then wolves - thats four games that could get us on a roll with players like torres gerrard and aquilani coming to full fitness which would make us a totally different outfit .

Which it very well could do, but my argument is that we could be out of the top four running if we LOSE to Arsenal, Villa and Spurs. Lose those three virtual 6 pointers and we will be chasing shadows for the rest of the season.

This thread is about weather or not Rafa should be sacked.
So what if we win the next four games.
Or 6 for that matter
I want him gone regardless

i think the fans are very divided on rafa, and to a certain extent rafa has gone past the point of no return, no matter what he does now its not good enough.

And as i said my theory goes by the fact i will see all three of those teams loose games to other teams as well mate due to the way the season is going - we could be coming up against villa on the back of a 4 match winning streak and then even more so when we play spurs . None of those teams are lighting up the prem as well with runs of wins .

I probably agree with that to an extent mate. I think no matter what happens in the short term, Rafa will make too many mistakes that will cost us to ever win the title  :(

Rafa Benitez is either the biggest con man of all time or he has lost the plot!  In his post match interveiw he was asked how he thought Aquilani played, His answer and I quote " Well his Stats were good"  Wot to F**K is he talikng about.  Only an armchair prickHead would mumble such stupid and bulls*it statement.  To all those Rafa faithful on here PLEASE STOP and think objectively.  What would you honestly think about any other manager in any other club whose first coment on a players preformance was well his stats were good.  This proves that Yes Rafa is a student of the game, He's an anorak that's it in a nutshell.  An Anorak who thinks tha he came apply formulas to winning the premiership.  wot pure sh1t

I think if you had asked most of the forum when Rafa first came where would they expect Liverpool to be in five years, very few would have said "hopefully 7th in the table 12 points behind the leaders and out of the CL and LC"

I dont see the sense in sacking him at this moment and dont believe it will happen
We are seventh in the league three points of fourth, in the europa and the fa
It is not a disaster...yet.
I am not sticking up for Rafa as I believe he is arrogant and stubborn and so set in his ways its unbelievable.
But
I do believe weve suffered from injuries and bad luck as well as bad performances and our league position shows that as bad as we have been playing we have a chance to move up the table once we have our best players available
