If we lose to Arsenal and Villa and Spurs we will be out of it by the beginning of Jan without a doubt mate.

And what if those teams also loose games like they have been doing all season as well - Arsenal havent won a game in 4 i think .

Champions League this season.

We won 1-0 twice against Debreden or whatever the feck they're called. Everybody else mullered them. We lost at Home to BOTH Fiorentina AND Lyon. We lost in Fiorentina, and we drew in Lyon. Against the half decent teams, we got one point out of four matches. We are sleepwalking into oblivion while chanting mantra's about 'history", "tradition" and "being a real fan".

Allied to the Champions League debacle, we are three points ahead of Birmingham in the league after 15 matches, out of the Carling Cup. Meanwhile, all the other big four won their groups at a canter, all are well and truly involved in the title race. How much longer must we go on.

Yet they are still 4 point clear of us and have a game in hand.

Mick dont ruin it by bringing up "real fan" shi.t again - your the only one that keeps bringing it up .

We have let in three late goals in three matches that has cost us 5 points .

yes but off form has been shocking yet only 4 points behind them currently and their form is on the downward spiral and have also been hit with injuries .

Our worst ever CL points total.  :(

I really do think we are in danger of sleepwalking into oblivion S@int. If you look at our results this season in the Champions League, the league and the Carling Cup, they are nothing short of a disgrace. Even more important than the results for me right now is the performances of the players. Are we busting a gut for the shirt, do the players have belief, do we have a method?

Lets be honest tonight they played all the incisive football and deserved to win the match. we STILL looked dodgy from every set piece, STILL tried to play Kuyt on his own up top and STILL looked devoid of inspiration.

The clock is surely ticking.

I think there is still a lot of scope for how Rafa can disappoint us or redeem himself over the next 3-4 months.

At the moment finishing in the top 4 is paramount. But I would like us to also have a good run in the FA Cup
and/or Europa League.

Liverpool has always been about winning things, and while Iam aware that top 4 is the priority,
we should also put maximum effort into the two cup competitions we are left in.

However, if we go out of the FA Cup at home to someone like Barnsley and then limp out
of the Europa League after playing weakened sides - my patience will have been exhausted.

And if we lose to them they will be 7 points in front of us with a game in hand. Citeh are infront of us with a game in hand as well and Spurs are 3 points in front of us.

We are nearer to the relegation places than the top of the league. 12 POINTS BEHIND Chelsea, only 11 off the relegation places.

And if we win then they are only 1 point ahead of us and citeh spurs could just as easily loose when you look at the way the season is going .

But thats not what I said is it? Don't try to change the argument. I said if we LOSE to Arsenal, Villa and spurs we will be out of the running for CL .
