How about the little leprechaun's outburts about Rafa at a pivotal point in the season two months ago causing anarchy in the press and possibly throughout the whol club? Seems that every single time the manager's job is questioned, one of the kunts comes out with a statement to unsettle things. Is that coincidence? They want the manager to walk, simple as that. They don't want to pay out. They'll stoop lower than a snakes balls to get him to do that. That must be galling for a manger to put up with, nevermind the players. Oh, and have you developed some kind of memory disfunction or something? How many injuries have we had again? Oh, I forgot - a team should still be able to function if you injure the entire squad. I mean, if it were United or Chelsea, they would cope, right? Right? Now, someone kindly go and check the stats for that one regarding the other teams. I know United had a problem with injuries last season and they'd a very poor start. Arsenal the season before had bad injuries in the middle, and they eventually slumped and gave the title to United. Injuries DO take their toll on ANY side. We've had the worst injury list in recent memory at this club this season. In 25 years or so of me supporting this club, I've not seen an injury list like it. We'd possibly still be in Europe and maybe half a dozen points better off in the league but for it.

If the owners wanted rid of Rafa, why give him a bumper 5 year deal?

What other options had they at the time? Surely you haven't forgotten the whole Klinsman saga? If that isn't proof enough that they haven't a clue what to be doing, nothing is. I'm fairly confident that it was fan pressure that forced that deal.

Fan pressure   those two tw@ts couldn't give a toss about the fans mate...... or they would be long gone.

The only reason they gave him a five year deal was because the banks insisted on stability at the club BEFORE they would renew the loan. Thats why Gerrard and Torres were both tied down with new deals.

They thought they got guaranteed CL football with Rafa. You don't need to win anything ......they have even got Rafa saying it now.

The only sense in which your statement is accurate is in the way it describes the stuff which you post .

Now we're having a discussion about football. Either join in or jog on.

Oh, I'm sorry boss - didn't realise you were in charge around here.

I do apologise for getting completely bored of your inane, desperate and repetitive whining every time something doesn't go your way. "Ooooh, who's fault is it!?!" - When everyone who has had the misfortune to read your drivel knows full well that you believe it's Rafa's.

Your "get out of jail free" card here is "well if you don't like it, don't read it" - the trouble is that you have infected the entire forum with your propaganda. Every single thread in general chat, and quite a few elsewhere, is diseased with your perverted logic and unbalanced criticism.

Why don't you f*ck off and start your own forum? "www.whingingoldb*stardwithlessinsightthanadeadkipper.com" would be a fitting name. Failing that, you could go for:

ywiththesamesackofsh*te.org".

My personal favourite is simply:

"www.ithinkiamgod.nz" - I'm sure the meaning is not lost on you.

Why spend your life regurgitating the same crock of b*llocks over and over? Only your boyfriends actually agree with you - no-one else. One of the biggest problems, though, is your appetite for spouting the same cr*p - then when everyone gets sick of it and tells you to get f*cked off, you somehow twist that into a victory on the grounds that they can't argue!!!

Does your feeble mind not grasp the fact that people are SICK AND F*CKING TIRED OF READING THE SAME BORING, NEGATIVE W*nk DAY AFTER DAY AFTER DAY AFTER DAY AFTER DAY. THE SAME PEOPLE CAN'T GO ANYWHERE ON THIS FORUM WITHOUT BEING STALKED BY YOU AND YOUR LIKE-MINDED DIPSH*TS, SPREADING YOUR LITERARY CLAP ALL OVER THE BOARD. YOU CRY, P*SS AND WHINE ABOUT BEING INSULTED, THEN CONSISTENTLY PICK AT THE SCAB UNTIL PEOPLE DO IT.

STOP POSTING INFLAMMATORY BULLSH*T, YOU SAD LITTLE MAN. APART FROM OTHER SILLY C*NTS, NO-ONE CARES WHAT BIGMICK HAS TO SAY. NO-ONE CARES IF HE NEVER POSTS AGAIN.

NO-ONE F*CKING WANTS YOU SPAMMING THE B*STARD BOARD WITH YOUR INCESSANT RUBBISH EVERY SINGLE F*CKING DAY. If rafa`s move for Barry wasnt blocked by H&G in favour of a move for Keane would we have missed Alonso as much?
All the talk about rafa treating Alonso like sh!t is nonsence, the owners totally hung him out to dry they must of known he would be left with an unhappy player.
The whole Alonso saga is down to them blocking the move for no good reason.
Anyone citing us missing Alonso with no good or fit replacement should be blaming the owners IMO.

We really should have shifted these guys out and used any money raised to buy replacements that actually offer something to the squad or even use some of our best youngsters. For example, if no one was willing to buy Voronin, why not let Hertha Berlin take him for the price of his loyalty bonus and use the wages saved (approximately 40K a week) to offer Owen a contract? Rafa is unimaginative in the transfer market. Real Madrid were looking to sell both Wesley Sneijder and Arjen Robben, why not try to take these guys as part of the Alonso deal, both quality players who would massively improve our team. Rafa can’t think outside of the box.

Good post.

I think there are many ways we could do better business but we can't ignore the underlining problem.. which is lack of money. Maybe the sums just didn't add up.

But the Owen bit is definitely spot on.. People are saying Owen is risky bcos he is injury prone but what about Aqualini? And what is this risk compared to the risk of using the likes of voronin and babel?!

Not learning that attacking football yeilds results.

I knew from game one this season, that Benitez was going to slip back into his old ways. We'd end up playing deeper and playing not to lose rather than playing to win.

I honestly think he threw caution to the wing in the last few months of last season (partly because I belive that he figured that the league was gone anyway, so what the hell) and it produced some of the best games I can remember in Liverpool's recent history. Certainly under Benitez, that's for sure.

He just hasn't figured that being over cautious, is just not good enough when you're not playing over two legs.

Of course, it's been compounded by other factors.

Our general play, however, is simply far too defensive.

I am so sorry but I disagree.

The statistic showed that we are scoring more but conceding at an even faster rate this season. Clean-sheets have been few and far between.

So on the contrary, I think we have been too gung-ho going forward by deploying attacking fullbacks (insua, johnson) who are incidentally not very good defenders. This has changed the dynamics of our usually solid defence, resulting in us leaking goals at will.

It would be looking VERY much different now should we defend to our usual high standard.. We only failed to score in 3 matches this season and we CANNOT keep relying on scoring more to win games.. when our backline keep conceding.

trouble is mick i agree with Lando, it's not a discussion about football, it's about the same sh1t people on here have been b1tching about for ages... alonso's gone so were sh1t now etc etc

feck it's boring now, why can't we have a new topic section about our history, classic story's from members that have been to games all over the country- europe- education to share. knowledge for others to learn from etc etc, instead of the same thing for only fickle,un-educated so called fans to agree with to think they know what it means to be associated with being a fan of LFC.

no offence like, but this forum really needs somthing along these lines, rather than the same old etc.

as i say mate, it's no critisism of you personally.

Think you need to get of your high horse mate and stop being a pleb.

As for rest of your post its a good idea but it would have made more of impact with out the insults.

Shock horror, another cr@p thread started by mick.

Mick you seem too happy we got knocked out. I cannot believe the mods don't put some shackles on you as these threads are repetitive and nothing knew comes out of them except mud slinging. People are down so show some class, why is it you dissappear when we win but seem to rejoice when we suffer bad times (is you life that empty?).  The only ones responding are your posse so nothing new there. I agree with Lando, SAME OLD :censored:.

'What we should have done' is cr@p because there are so many variables that could change that no sense will come out of this thread (but then you know that and you are only looking to aggravate anyway). People treat you with kid gloves here but you are a w@nker. Eight is trading!

When they say "don't get high on your own supply", they were not talking about dildo salesmen.

i think if anyone saw any of the build up games to the season they could see things were not right.
i think the war with Rafa and alonso had a lot to do with it and it left a bad feeling in the dressing room, a feeling that has been hard to get rid of.

In this case Lando accusing BM of being an ego maniac, I mean seriously you couldn't make it up could you, well actually Lando could but most mere mortals surely couldn't.

Lando please tell me how old you are and why you feel the need to question peoples intelligence all the time, why are you so insecure that you feel the need to attack others? Come on share with the forum, maybe it'll be the first step on the road to recovery, I still think you should see a psychiatrist though for anger management if nothing else, I dread to think how you treat your "loved" ones or indeed how you have been treated.

Another example of an idiot following the crowd.

Why can't it be that I am just so completely angered by the ignorance shown by the like of you?

Don't try to be a psychiatrist, Heimdall - you'd get sacked inside a minute.

Oopsy did you pick up another card Lando, want to talk about it, I'm listening.  :D

The thing is Lando is you use foul language then you are going to p1ss people off immediately and they won't listen to you at all and if you try to belittle peopel well that's just pathetic. Why do you believe you are so much smarter than everybody else anyway? A truly intelligent person would NOT feel the need to put other people down all the time.

yeah easier to come out with the same old rhetoric and insults than trying to answer the question eh Kazza. tell you what why don't you try and start a feckign thread instead of coming onto threads you don't liek and whinging about them.  :no

I have never noticed BM go missing when we are doing well, mind you it's been so long since that happened now that my memory might be failing me.  :D

losing hyypia, Alonso and Arbeloa.
The yanks not investing money into the team.
Pre season was dreadfull.
Torres always injured without a suitable replacement.
Constantly playing Lucas & Mascherano (who do the same job)
Play one or the other I do not want to see the two of them in CM again.
Constantly playing Kuyt when he has been woeful this season and is knackered.
Putting the shackles back on.
Worst defensive record than Portsmouth.
Everything about the club stinks from top to bottom. Everything.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

to be honest you could see this coming after the dreadful preseason we had.

we're unrecognisable from the team that was destroying teams in may. we just don't look dangerous going forward. i can't put my finger on it. all our confidence is gone.

we've known about the twit and tw@t for a while and we all want them out of the club. We cant solve that overnight

injuries we can do nothing about. we cant solve that

- The thing that really concerns me is the bit in bold. These are both Rafa's fault and he could solve them in a heart beat - but he doesn't. His stubborness seems to be contributing to our downfall.

Yes its everyone's fault, but somethings are easily rectified -  its just that the man in charge of team selection doesn't agree with me or Lynds or anyone else who shares the same view....
