Will hiddink work under the 2 yanks , that is the question? We surely need one more winger and a world class striker.

If the only reason we saying Rafa shouldn't go because everyone else won't manage under these owners means to me that its time for Rafa to go.

...and Lucas?

Oh...what's the point...

:(

Tbh its not Lucus that is the problem its the fact we play 2 DM at home that is problem.

I am very mad at Rafa today only for the fact we needed a goal , we needed some creative spark and no aquaman why you tell me ?

Well I'm a bit tanked up (on the old Jonny Walker red) so I'm gonna post up my thoughts and feck off to bed.

1. 2 teams who won't win the Prem (obviously) but who there's not too much between.
2. Gerrard isn't even close to being fit, he was anonymous.
3. Tevez is an excellent player, fex sake I wish we'd have signed him. I think Rafa would have too before people start foaming at the mouth, cheap at 25 million quid.
4. Skyrtel isn't good enough. Lost Adebayoer for the first goal through ballwatching, lost Ireland for the second ditto.
5. Great header from Adebayor.
6. Lucas had Ireland before he scored the second, then went to sleep. Then he missed the header. He barely tocuhed the ball in the 90 minutes, he isn't good enough.
7. The top three is Chelsea, Arsenal and the Mancs in whichever way you put them. We are in a dogfight for fourth.
8. I'm off to bed.

Gutted we lost Agger to injury , i'd thought he would have been able to be stitched up and brought back on. Losing Babel again to injury is another kick in the teeth . I'd say we feck lucas off in the next match in the champions league.

                                          Reina
Johnson                  Agger                Carragher             Aurelio

                                         Masch

Kuyt                                   Aquliani                          Yossi

                                         Gerrard

                                         Torres

Well there we go, another horse-sh.it performance from the reds.

We were lucky to come away from anything from that game imo.  First half was pretty even but after we went ahead Man City started to play football and outclassed us to be honest.  Wright-Phillips especially was excellent and they carved us open a few times only to mess up the final pass/shot.

I think man for man, City had better players out there today.  They have weaknesses at the back, but in possession they at least looked like a team, whereas we looked disjointed - which has been the story of almost every performance this season.  It's gone on too long to be put simply down to form/lack of confidence.  Fact is we aren't good enough.

Mascherano played well, Gerrard looked like his normal self only in patches and Reina took a lot of pressure off the defence.  Beyond that I'm struggling for positives.  Kuyt looked knackered and out of form and the centre halves once again were abysmal.  Lucas is growing in stature but playing him with Mascherano simply isn't working as there's no creativity at all.  Insua looked out of his depth and not for the first time this season imo.  Good wingers can take him apart, I have serious doubts over whether he's good enough, his complete lack of pace at his age is a concern.

Based on what I've seen so far this season I am starting to think we will struggle to finish ahead of Man City this season, especially because they will bring in yet more quality in January.

No we are shit at the moment

Totally sh!te.

we look like a very average team with zero creativity. A team with Kuyt, Ngog, Skrtel, Kyriagkos and lucas will not win us the league.

To be fair to Skrtel he lost adebayor but the 2nd was offside

He was onside

I think if the owner loves Liverpool FC , they have to sack Rafa and sign Guus ...

Stoke put in a lot of effort but they arent a good team

We are lacking and creativity and look a shadow of last years team.

Im seriously fearful of finishing in the top 4 this season

and who's fault for this? the 2 owners?
