But hey, Feck Parry   :)

well do you know the full reason behind Reira not playing? guess not...

Matt McQueen - Liverpool 1892-1928.
Only professional to - play in goal (41 appearances), Defence, Midfield, Striker, and later be Director and then to be Manager (winning a Championship) - at one club

The Setanta commentators today implied that he's been carrying a knock and that this is the first match he's been fit enough to start.  That's the first I've heard of it, though.

regardless of fellow contenders i voted others. i think the lack of money available to strengthen after Xabi went is scandalous. appreciate th fact we bought johnson an aquilani but no real replacement for Xabi could be a massive setback. city an spurs look gud, th manx av med their normal slowish sluggish start an if arsenal can stop th defensiv frailties they'll challenge, but ultimately we could well be outdone by the strength o the squad thanx to billy an johnny tight wads over the pond.
Stu Averill, a wannabe Scouse/Scot. I remember the good times & have faith in them comin back

Beside the Hillsborough Flame, I heard a Koppite mournin, "Why so many taken on that day?" Justice has never been done. But their memory we'll carry on. There'll be Glory Round The Fields Of Anfield Road

Looking for fan reporter

As part of CNN’s coverage of European Champions League football, World Sport and Football Fanzone are keen to recruit fans to represent their clubs, whether you are a Manchester United fan from Manila, a Real Madrid fan from Reno or an AC Milan supporter from Accra. Your reports will appear on CNN as we follow your team’s progress throughout the season.

All you need to do is send a short (one to three minute) video to convince us why you should be chosen.

I voted other. I think its down to us to win the league, get our heads down and play to win, not worry about other teams. We need to win more points than them, its as simple as that.
