You'll soon get it mate, don't worry. Although there are hundreds of threads, there are only about four subjects which we discuss. They are in no aprticular order, rotation, the manager, the owners, and Kuyt.

When a topic starts, "So what do you think of Deggen" it's just smokescreen. Some people will talk b0ll0cks about the ill fated second choice right back for a page or two, but the actual point of the thread is "Would Deggen be OK if he didn't have to play with that numpty Kuyt in front of him?". After a page or two that's what it'll revert to, and it's all good.

BTW, what do you think of rotation ???

Big Sam yeah  :buttrock was Lakes I think.

Earnshaw was me :(. That said and putting it into context, it was in a thread where somebody saif imagine if we were absolutely skint, had 5 million quid to spend all Summer etc etc etc, not that anybody gives a feck about that bit when they keep bringing it up  :D.

The funny thing was, I recommended him and got destroyed, then the little fecker played in the Premiership the following season and scored aplenty. He was playing for Brian Robson at West Brom and finished I think 3rd in the scoring charts for goals per minute played. Each time he banged one in and did that cringe inducing front flip cheesy grin thing, I was on here. Good year on the forum that was.

GYBS mate - you are scatter-gunning all the threads tonight mate.
Each thread is getting like a chat room.

Please just post a few sentences at least.

Check out his stats for the year they were in the Prem mate, most of which he was on the bench. I think he got 9 league goals or something, and I remember reading he was third in the goals per minute chart behind Thierry Henri and some other smarterse.

Anyway the point was you could buy him for about 2.5 million quid at the time, and he fitted the budget. It's similar to people suggesting blokes like Kevin Doyle these days, scored freely for whoever he's played but compared to the likes of Torres he looks a bit of a strange one. Perhaps we should compare him to N'Gog he doesn't look so out of place then.

On Earnshaw as well, it's worth considering his International record too which isn't a disgrace in a very poor team. Tricky one though when you are asked to pick players who cost feck all.

Mind you, I've always held my hands up to it, nothing wrong with a bit of banter I think. I've been on here the best part of five seasons so I'm bound to have claled plenty of things wrong. Least I got the major issues and talking points of the forum during my tenure bang on the money, so not too bad there    :;): .
