You could just re-name a section or create a new one and label it "LFC Match discussion" .... All could post match threads in one section instead of posting at gen section as some have said here..

so, why dont we have a new section created called 'Match Threads' and in it there will be every match thread that bumstien creates for every match of the season, would be a good point of reference as they will all be in order of play so in the future we'd be able to refer back to previous games.

when the match has been playe we could also (well, a mod could) rename the match entry from 'Liverpool vs Man.Utd' to include the score, like 'Liverpool vs Man.Utd (7-0)'

sounds a winner to me

Is it really that difficult to understand a section called "Games" that it needs to be renamed "Match Discussion"?

I think the main problem is that most people only go in Main Discussion which is why rumours, general football and other threads get posted in there. If all of us (not just mods although obviously they can move things) make an effort to post in the relevant sections then people would be more likely to go in and use the correct forums.
