He has proven his quality at the highest llevel over the last 7-8 years . i can see chelsea getting him as he married a british girl and she wants to move back here - feck knows why thou

He'll do a job for Chelsea. Although he's not what's required for them. I'd wait and see who we sign before mocking anyone else. We're skinto.

gentle ribbings and stuff like that i can take as a joke mate but when someone keeps on going and going and going it gets a bit tad annoying and boring

FFS i started a poll well over 6 months ago about managers and i made the massive crime of forgetting to put maureen in there and put others instead and here we are 6 months down the line and still someone keeps bringing it up - how about give it a rest and move on - simple really .

Makes no odds who we sign Emerald in this case. If he does really well I'll not be hiding behind any "but we didn't have much money" shields, I'll just admit I got it wrong. I think he's a classic case of a manager importing players from his own culture who won't fit what is required. A kind of Fernando Morientes moment, or a Marc Gonzales if you will. Some players from Serie A would cut it in England but he isn't one of them IMHO.

Ancelloti should do himself a favour and forget about the city in which he's been plying his trade. If he wants a truly destructive midfielder he should jump on a plane and go to Rome. Momo Sissoko, now there's a player who would cut it at Chelsea. I'm actually surprised that Arsenal don't break the bank and go get him as well.

If Makelele can make it then so can Gattuso, very similar players, in fact id say that Gattuso is even more aggresive.

Gattuso is decent and would do ok but there are loads of tough tackling players in the premiership.
The likes of Brown and Cattermole of Wigan are similar.

gattuso is surprising good at passing as well , it can also burst forward with great energy . been underrated for a while now .
