Looks like another curly bonce. Where all these muppets are coming from all of a sudden ?

Jaiver Mascherano isn't leaving Liverpool.
Some of this morning's newspapers have linked the Argentinia captain with a move away from Anfield this Summer. However, Rafael Benitez quickly shot that rumour down in his pre-match press conference.
"I was talking with Javier earlier and everything is okay," said the boss.
"He is really pleased here because he knows the fans love him. He can't avoid big clubs asking about him because he is a top class player, but he is very happy here."

Rafa Benitez tells uncertain Argentine midfielder Mascherano to toe the line
avier Mascherano has been ordered to toe the line by Rafa Benitez after hinting he may be ready to quit Anfield at the end of the season.
Benitez told the Argentina skipper he would not tolerate any unwanted disruption after Mascherano said he was unsure if he would stay.
The Liverpool boss said: 'I talked it over with him and I don't think he wants to leave. He knows his best option is to be here.'
Benitez has also attempted to end speculation linking crowd favourite Xabi Alonso with Real Madrid and Juventus.
--------------
Personally I agree with Rafa. I don't mind players speaking their mind but why say stupid things like this? It only causes to stir up rumors. Torres was saying something similar a few weeks ago so I hope Rafa gave him an earbashing too.
