
thai chilli is nice too though some varieties of it are kinda sweet.

Mate, why didnt you just put "Mild, Medium , Hot, very Hot" as choices then? Instead of 4 types.

I do a mean curry, my family request a pan of it when we have family do's.

When it's done well, a Chicken Tikka Massalla is beautiful.
