well apart from number 2 and number 9 being the same, and I say SOME of the most most dire performances as opposed to THE most dire performances, added to the fact the rest of your post is garbage, I won't bother to answer as I think my answers are already in the first post

in fact Rafa had 3 operations between middle of december and the middle of January :Oo:

in fact Rafa had 3 operations between middle of december and the middle of January

buyt i bet the press will suggest his "rant" had more of an influence on our form

3 ops ? i thought it was just the two to remove the stones ? it could be a factor in the results but prob a very slim factor - the guys should of been professional enough to not let it bother them . i really think the rant had nothing to with poor form as it should of encouraged them as i expect all the players just like the fans thought what he was saying was true

I don't think either had any effect on our form

yes i agree it's unlikely that it caused our dip

but the drip drip effect of his health, ownership, keane-gate, contract issues, may have had significant cumulative effects

didnt realise it was 3 ops . i guess we will never know how much it all effected the players until we hear wht the players have to say .

Back on topic...

It's obviously a really good sign that we're there challenging for these major honours, but sooner rather than later we have to start actually winning them.

I have confidence that we can do that next season but I'm also going to actively temper that so it doesn't become over-confidence like it did with a lot of people (me included) three years ago after we amassed 82 points in the League.
