Well time for a bit of background of the lady in question.....

She is Miss Universe Australia 2009 and there has been a bit of controversy that she won it because she is to skinny, one of the other contestants called her "just skin and bone".

to be fair she looks to have filled out a little more in the second photos and does seem to have more of a chest and even a better looking face, so i think with a little bit more meat on her bones she does look a hell of a lot better
