there are only 4 choices coz you are voting for mild type to v hot

you then put your own choice up in your post indicating as a cross reference to whether its mild or hot etc

not difficult  :D

Of those listed, I prefer a nice Madras.  My all-time faves are chicken jalfrezi and lamb rogan josh.  The last town I lived in had three fantastic Indian restaurants despite having a small population and next to no Indian community to speak of.  Go figure, I move to a bigger city with a lot more South Asians and the Indian food is sh!te.

Ahh, but it's all relative.  I've had some Madras dishes that would blow the back of your head off, they were so spicy.  On the other side of the coin, last week I had a vindaloo that was bland as feck--should have known they'd never crank up the heat at an all you can eat buffet. :D  Personally, I prefer my curries rather on the hot side but not so hot that your breaking out in a sweat.

On that topic, I once sat across from a fella who thought he was hard enough to handle a proper vindaloo.  You'll never spend a more disgusting meal that what I endured watching this guy breath fire, pour sweat and drip snot all over himself.  Revolting.  :no
