They were not particularily up for the game, we had all the possession, all the shots, all the corners. we gave them at least 2 goals, our defending at key moments was rubbish and that is why we drew, that and Arshavins finishing. This should have been 3 points, no adebayour, van persie, clichy....

Rafa needs to learn how to tell the players to slow things down and change the tempo of the game depending on how things are going... at 2-1 up we should have slowed it down and stretched the game as much as we can... get the players settled in their positions and all that.... same happened against chelsea a few days back and commented on the same thing... at 2-0 up we should have slowed it down beggining of the 2nd half .. we didnt... we payed for it 2 times in one week... 2 massive games blown away

2 of their goals were down to our back 4, the other 2 were down to our back 4 and our keeper.

sorry i love football and this was a great game, i know we did not win and i feel Rafa did make a few mistakes when it come to setting rules for our back 4, not sure why they feel the need to split so wide or to push up so much when we are in total control of the game.
no sure what is up with Reina he has let in 8 goals in 2 games, that dont look good on anyones CV.

What a game

Supporting Liverpool really ought to come with a health warning

We were brilliant tonight and you cant really fault the lads one bit, yes there were a few mistakes but the commitment and passion was there to see from EVERY player. They had 4 shots and scored 4 goals. Its a bit unlucky and the title is Uniteds to lose now but we were fantastic tonight

I've now a hole in my wall from throwing my phone in the midst of a "Liverpool sucks" text message.

Exactly. I thought they were giving us the match in the first 20 minutes. God knows we had more than enough chances to score a couple before halftime.

they didn deserve their goals by any means, but its sure a lesson in counter attack football. hardly anythin in our half by comparison, an a defence that got lucky away from home.

i honestly believe arsenal cant do that again.........unless the scum knock em outta europe maybe, so thats summat i'm gonna cling to. as much as i hate the feckin thort.
Stu Averill, a wannabe Scouse/Scot. I remember the good times & have faith in them comin back

Beside the Hillsborough Flame, I heard a Koppite mournin, "Why so many taken on that day?" Justice has never been done. But their memory we'll carry on. There'll be Glory Round The Fields Of Anfield Road

I've spent the last 10 minutes cleaning up shards of glass from my bed. I was so furious at the gifts we gave them that I threw the cup of coffee I made at half time at the wall and it smashed to bits all over the place. I know players make mistakes, but for f*cks sakes wind your b@stard necks in Liverpool. Some of our players are just culpable of really disgraceful amateur errors that not even I would make in a kick about full of glue. F*ckin sort it out. They had four shots and scored four. That's a f*cking joke and we should have put 5 past them without reply.
