It could've been help with antivirus, removing trojan horses, or simply techie support.

Most immediately for me, is where to find a site and software to allow me to watch the game tonight (or ANY night, seeing as NTHell have encrypted all the cable channels - GRRRRR !!)

Mate there are always links in the match threads about half an hour before kick off!
http://www.iraqgoals.net/
will have it on later,go on there now and see if you can watch something,obviously if ya can watch something now ya will be able to see the game later.Im not sure even if you need any software to watch games on there!

I got a suggestion about something called sopcast - ring any bells ?

Yeah but i dont use it cause it dont work on firefox and for some reason I cant install IE to my PC!
