If only we had prevented the chelsea RB from scoring.... a 1-1 score will be sufficient for us ....cos we can beat chelsea at their place.

Anyway.....making a vow now....if we somehow....can get past chelsea into the semi finals...i will give up sex for 1 year...... hahahhaha

I, for one, hope your right arm comes in for a damn good hammerin for 12 months startin around 10.00 tonite!!  :p

Beside the Hillsborough Flame, I heard a Koppite mournin, "Why so many taken on that day?" Justice has never been done. But their memory we'll carry on. There'll be Glory Round The Fields Of Anfield Road

A lot is being made out of the fact Bolton scored 3 against Chelsea on Saturday, lets not forget Chelsea were 4 -0 up at the time so we shouldnt really look into that to much.

I have a strange feeling about tonights game, there is just something special about Liverpool pulling it out the bag when it matters in this competition  (Olympiakos and Milan to name a couple) my heart is saying we will score 3 but my head is saying we wont stop them scoring at least 1 :( I really hope we do it, and if not I hope we scare the sh1t out of them on the night and go all out for it.

I have confidence that we will give one hell of a performance and that being the case, i think we will win. By how many goals is another thing. I take solace in this however...

Nearly all supporters like to beleive that their team, no matter how impossible it may be, can get the result that they are praying for. We should be no different, but Liverpool on the other hand are different.

We all know what this team is capable of, heck half the world does since Istanbul. Alongside having some truley awesome players, liverpool also has buckets of character and determination. They'll be fired up for this one no doubt and i want to believe that we will do to Chelsea what we did to real madrid. Where at anfield they were blown away, absolutley shocked and confused at what had hit them.

I hope we come out all guns blazing go for the kill early on , if need be throw on big sami upfront if we are still level at half time as bolton got their goals all from kevin davies knocking down headers , who's a beast in the air . If we roll over and don't even show up i'd be very disappointed , its time we get another comeback , west ham , ac milan and numerous times this season .

The only thing i want is for us to have a go. If the lads get stuck in an really have a go and we dont win ill be ok . But if we go on that pitch an play sh.ite ill be fuming. Just get into them play like we did against the Mancs from the off an i can see us doing it.

But at least have a go. thats all.

yeah, that :pirate

as far as i'm concerned the CL is over really

However we have to play the 2nd leg, so any kind of draw or win with a good performance (and no injuries :suspect: ) shouldn't derail our premier league form... and i would be made up that we'd shown whast we're capable of

after last wednesday , i was more than happy to have seen that - an honourable defeat with many of our 2nd string

i think if the mancs had dropped points on the weekend, he may even have done so...

but now i'm looking forward to a cracking competitive game with our first 11, and to take any positives i can from any kind of result we get from the game :nod
