Bad Bad Day at the office . Skrtel has had 1 poor game all season and he choose to have it here . Bav stop acting like a WUM , skrtel has hardly put a wrong foot in all season , and no agger is not twice the defender than he is . Secondly , we really missed mascherano today , even before their goals , they were lots of space for them to play their passing game . FFS this is chelsea , they build their game around their midfield and we should have stopped lampard . Aurelio , also had a poor game from the start he was :censored:

Lucas , now everyone has their scapegoats but the lad was trying his best , they were times where he played it simple and they were times where he was overambitious , i don't think he played half as bad as some are making out here . Gerrard , we all knew essein was going to mark him out of the game and he did , essein is a :censored:

good player and stevie should have seen this coming .

As for the zonal marking argument , lets put it this way , whichever marking system a team uses , man or zonal they are bound to concede goals from set pieces , zonal marking has made us vulnerable no doubt about that but it also has its result , we have had a top defensive record the last 2 seasons .

Anyways it ain't over till the fat lady sings , we need 3 goal in Istanbul in 45 minutes , now we have 90 and again need 3 goals . In rafa we trust , get behind the lads , even at 1-3 i could hear YNWA being sung , thats the difference between us , the plastic chavs glory hunting fans and manu

good post, i came on here expecting the threads to be full of doom and gloom, rafa and the players getting slagged off

but i think alot of people see the bigger picture and realise these games just happen now and again to everyone as real madrid and man utd have seen recently

We where outplayed, nothing more to say about it really. Chelsea played well we where fairly beaten.

Gerrard was man marked out of the game, Reira, Aurelio and Skrtel where nervous wrecks, Lucas was out of his depth, not his fault cause masch was banned. And we have him back next week they have no Terry we put 3 past AC Milan who are better than Chelsea its not over yet never write us off.

But I want the prem more so I wont be to downhearted if we go out.

I was more angry not beating feckin Stoke.

Very tricky on the nex leg ,they could afford to sit back and hit us on the counter at their home game .I'm sure rafa thrives on this kind of challenges , lets wait and see . :cool:

But Gus Hiddink is great coach, coach Russia team. 2 Goals Ivanovich. It's funny. He is player from Russia team Lokomotiv Moscow.
