MASCHERANO IS SUSPENDED in the topic description.

I've had the stress headache thing going for a bit now, starting to get really nervous prior to kickoff. I'd hope the lads are told to go for it a bit in this one as I can't see sitting back with Masher out of this one and not conceding. If we press them and play well I think we could see a 2-0 or 2-1 win. If we sit back and try to hit on the counter though, I think Essien will carve us open eventually and we'll be headed to SB 1-0 down.

they are what on paper looks like a weak team but if used right they can be a big danger, if they come at us it will be a very open game.

Strong team for us, and a bit of a dodgy one for them. Hope Terry doesn't pick up a yellow in case it goes to penalties at the Bridge. Wouldn't want Captain Bottle'r to miss out on a choker from the spot!

I was hoping Drogba was still injured - no matter.

I think if they come out attacking, as Hiddink has said they would it's going to free up space for Kuyt, Stevie and Torres to exploit. That said I think the most important thing not to concede tonight.

I much prefer have the home/aways the other way round.
