I checked out the latter's website and got some snipits of their album "Strangefolk" (released in 2007) actually never heard this one before but it sounds good...liked "Die For Love"...

Nope, never hear it. I DO however have a track with the same name on my Zen player, from Simple Minds, a very, very early album...In fact, I regularly play the three albums (New Gold Dream, Glittering Prize and Sons and Fascination) over and over....absolute class

these ones are great picks. the cardiacs were one of those incredibly talented bands that never really seemed to get picked up by the music press and never really got any recognition. great band to see live though.

that violent femmes album is probably one of the best albums ever and stereolab have always been one of the most sophisticated acts out there.
