Y´know........ I was thinking........ Stevie will stay with us until he is 32........ earning 120,000 a week at the age of 32......... fark me I hope he´s still blóódy good at that old age and not injured etc.. because he´s got one héll of a deal there and sorry Nando but we cant go flashing those kind of contracts to all and sundry.

That Gerrard deal really is the d´s b´s for Gerrard. Is any other 31-32 year old on that kinda cash???

I think Arsenal will go through. Villareal were missing Cazorla badly tonight. Porto have an excellent chance now! Brilliant stuff tonight.

They are saying on 5live they think Rafa may keep it tight instead of going attacking like we have been. Negative idiots.

We cannot concede an away goal whatever happens.

CL week starts well, tho I have my reservations...... the mancs go out against porto they then concentrate on the league..... hopefully IF they go out then make it a hard fought penalty shoot out next week followin a shock result against sunderland!!

What an equaliser for the goonies! Be nice to see us get one of them tomoro!! i see it bein a hard game, see it bein nothin like the last few and certainly not the runaway game against madrid. I'd happily take a 2 goal lead so long as its a clean sheet, thats the important bit for me. A yellow for terry'd be a bonus, but 2 up to nil would do me just F-I-N-E fine!!!!!!!
Stu Averill, a wannabe Scouse/Scot. I remember the good times & have faith in them comin back

Beside the Hillsborough Flame, I heard a Koppite mournin, "Why so many taken on that day?" Justice has never been done. But their memory we'll carry on. There'll be Glory Round The Fields Of Anfield Road

All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

He made Terry look like a fool twice when the reds played them in January. Terry couldn't keep up with him the whole game, and it seemed as if he was assigned to mark him. Turned his head for a second and Nando is already running for the header. I hope it's Terry who's to mark him tomorrow, it'll be entertaining.
