After securing another three Premier League points on our travels at the weekend, up at Newcastle, attention now turns to our forthcoming trip to Anfield, and a Champions League clash that has affectionately been dubbed Groundhog Day.

With so much at stake for the Blues, it's up to us supporters to be the twelfth man, and put the myth of the 'bestest supporters in the werld' to shame!

Our advice to all those travelling to Anfield on Wednesday is to bring along all your Chelsea bits and bobs, from scarves to flags to inflatables, and turn our section of the Anfield Road into a sea of blue and white delirium. Make sure you get into the ground nice and early, after the obligatory five-minute check to see if your wallet, car keys and watch are still intact, and roar the lads on to victory.

The following leaflet, distributed by a string of supporters' groups, urges everyone to make sure we show the Scousers what a proper, West London party is all about! The leaflet can be seen, for all those who haven't been given one, HERE

So, let's keep that Blue flag flying high!! I look forward to seeing all of you who are attending at the Bridge bright and early at 11am, to board the coaches.

CAREFREE!!

All round the fields of Anfield Road

We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

No worries I know it wasn't aimed at me.  :D

I just don't want a repeat of last year. It should have been us in the final had it not been for that own goal and missed chances in the first leg.
