surely it is legitimate for people to complain to gordon brown, the man for a decade gave banks free reign and said how great they were and spent all the tax money their paper profits brought in. when the whole pyramid scheme is exposed (USA subprime mortgages) he has the arrogance to refuse that he caused much of it - don't forget he sold britains gold reserves when prices were rock bottom in the 1990s and also screwed up the pension reserves with changes he made.

the sterling is plummeting as a result of his policies which will cause inflation problems in years to come.

sure, we have every right to complain, but it's the legitimate people who don't complain. Us who should complain are too busy working overtime or two jobs to get down there. Its the bums that are claiming that have all the time in the world to spend all day with banners

it is a disgrace that anybody is getting a payrise from the government (not just britains but any government). governments lack the balls to give everybody in the public sector a 10% pay cut and get rid of that guaranteed pension bo11ox the  country cannot afford.

Oh wait, politicans are paid as public service :veryangry

Give people in the military a pay cut ??? we already earn pennies as it it compared to others . the rise we have got is a rise in the X Factor - ie having to go to conflicts .

Just been told that our company has decided that they're gonna focus on trying to get business in the UK for the rest of this year...meaning most likely lots and lots of travel....fook that, is what I say....

And the ones violently complaining yesterday were such a small minority of the peaceful protests.

On a side note it did not surprise me to see the violent protestor who got injured (and subsequently died) was wearing a Millwall shirt.

Ironic?

military should get a pay rise for being in war??? should a bus driver get a pay rise for driving a bus? its their job!

Every country is making less money so they cannot afford to pay out the same wages. so yes, teachers, nurses, soldiers, policemen etc, are all paid by taxpayers and taxpayers now have less money and so we should pay the people we employ less money.
