Doc's have no idea how to treat it so basicly I am gonna be ill for life most prob yay for me.

one of my friends wife has it mate she still lives life to the full let me tell you she is as mad as a cow on crack she just gets on with life and does as much as she can.

i think that's the way to look at it buddy don't let it rule you just say feck to it and do what you want/can do

and don't ever forget all you have to do is come on here and we will give you all the sh*t you need

i remember you mentioning that a while ago, mate and i'm sorry to hear you're feeling ill, but don't despair. 2 good friends of mine have both been diagnosed with ME in recent years - one of then is just about over it and the other is improving. its true that there is no known cure but a positive mental attitude has helped both these people to fight it.

as soon as you give in and accept that you are ill for life you're pretty much fecked.

so like i said, cheer up
